Email Metrics and Bounce Management Webinar to Be Presented by StrongMail, Pivotal Veracity and the Email Experience Council

Industry experts to review new research and discuss solutions to overcome challenges presented by non-standardized email metrics and bounce management

Redwood City, Calif., March 19, 2007 – StrongMail Systems, Inc., the innovation leader in email infrastructure software, today announced an upcoming webinar entitled "Focus: Email Metrics and Bounce Management" that will be co-presented with deliverability service provider Pivotal Veracity and professional organization the Email Experience Council (ecc). The free webinar will be held on March 27, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET.

The interactive webinar will review key findings from new 2007 research conducted by the ecc Deliverability Roundtable that highlight the challenges presented by non-standardized bounce metrics, bounce data and bounce management. More importantly, the survey project co-chairs, Dave Lewis of StrongMail Systems and Deirdre Baird of Pivotal Veracity, will present best practices and solutions for overcoming these challenges. eec founder Jeanniey Mullen will moderate the discussion.
